What moves the price

What changes the final price?

TV size
Bigger TVs need heavier mounts and more care to lift and level. Advanced Mounting is priced for TVs from 46 to 60 inches, and larger screens are quoted as custom projects with a free estimate.
Wall type
Drywall over wood studs is the simplest wall. Log walls need lag bolts into solid log with room for seasonal settling, and brick or stone needs masonry anchors set into the face, not the mortar joints, which takes more time.
Mounting over a fireplace
Mounting above a fireplace often means stone or brick, a higher reach and checking how warm the wall gets. We look at heat and viewing height first and tell you plainly whether it is a good spot before quoting.
In-wall wiring or a raceway
Organizing wires is part of Basic Mounting, and Advanced Mounting bundles them under a paintable cord cover. Running low-voltage cables inside the wall is quoted separately and costs more. Power cords never go in the wall; new outlets require a licensed electrician.
Number of devices and speakers
Basic Mounting connects two devices. Advanced Mounting covers three to five devices or a two-speaker audio system. More devices, surround sound or multi-room audio add setup time, and larger systems are quoted as custom projects.
