What does Mounted and More charge?

- Home and seasonal: free estimate

What changes the price?
- TV size. Bigger TVs need heavier mounts and more care to lift and level. Advanced Mounting is priced for TVs from 46 to 60 inches, and larger screens are quoted as custom projects with a free estimate.
- Wall type. Drywall over wood studs is the simplest wall. Log walls need lag bolts into solid log with room for seasonal settling, and brick or stone needs masonry anchors set into the face, not the mortar joints, which takes more time.
- Mounting over a fireplace. Mounting above a fireplace often means stone or brick, a higher reach and checking how warm the wall gets. We look at heat and viewing height first and tell you plainly whether it is a good spot before quoting.
- In-wall wiring or a raceway. Organizing wires is part of Basic Mounting, and Advanced Mounting bundles them under a paintable cord cover. Running low-voltage cables inside the wall is quoted separately and costs more. Power cords never go in the wall; new outlets require a licensed electrician.
- Number of devices and speakers. Basic Mounting connects two devices. Advanced Mounting covers three to five devices or a two-speaker audio system. More devices, surround sound or multi-room audio add setup time, and larger systems are quoted as custom projects.
What work does Mounted and More do and not do?
Mounted and More mounts TVs on drywall, log, stone and brick walls, runs low-voltage cable (HDMI, speaker and network) inside walls or in surface raceways, and sets up TVs, remotes, soundbars, surround sound, Sonos, Wi-Fi and smart home devices. It also does low-voltage landscape lighting, holiday lighting, winterizing, fire mitigation and small handyman jobs.
- Power cords are never run inside walls. New outlets and in-wall power are handled by a licensed electrician.
- Outdoor TVs are installed only when the TV is outdoor-rated.
- On brick and stone, anchors go into the brick or stone face, not the mortar joints.
- On log walls, mounts go into solid log, with placement that allows for seasonal movement and settling.
- Internet near Vallecito Lake varies by address, so Mounted and More checks what works at your address before recommending equipment.
- Landscape lighting is low-voltage on a plug-in transformer; new outdoor outlets and line-voltage circuits go to a licensed electrician.
- Winterizing covers routine shut-down steps; plumbing repairs go to a licensed plumber, and gas work is not offered.
- Fire mitigation is hands-on defensible-space clearing; large trees near structures or power lines go to a tree service or the utility.
- Handyman work excludes structural, plumbing-code, gas and electrical panel work.
- Vacation rental cameras go on exteriors and entries only, following rental platform rules that ban cameras inside.
