Who we are

This website, mountedandmore.com, belongs to Mounted and More, owned by Tim Peterson and based in Vallecito, Colorado (La Plata County). Questions about this policy go to Tim at (970) 426-8215.

What information does the quote form collect?

The quote form collects only what you type in, plus a few details about how you found the form.

• Your name and phone number (required), so Tim can call you back.
• Your email address (optional), if you would rather get a reply by email.
• Your town and the service you want, so we know where the job is and what it involves.
• How you want to be reached (call, text or email), plus your TV size and wall type if you choose them.
• Your message (optional), such as anything else about the job.
• Photos (optional), only if you choose to attach them, such as a picture of the wall.
• Hidden page and campaign fields. The form records which page you sent it from, the website that linked you to our site (the referrer), and any campaign tags in the link you followed (UTM tags, such as "utm_source=flyer"). This tells us which pages, flyers or listings bring in requests. It does not identify you.

We do not ask for payment details, your street address or anything else through this website.

How is your information used?

We use what you send to answer your request: to call or email you back, give you a price, and schedule the work. We do not use it for anything else, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Who processes the form?

The form is handled by Netlify Forms, part of Netlify, the company that hosts this website. Netlify stores the submission and sends a copy by email to the owner. Like any web host, Netlify's servers also record basic technical information when you load a page, such as your IP address and browser type.

Our domain name (DNS) runs through Cloudflare. DNS is the system that points mountedandmore.com to the right servers.

These companies process data for us under their own privacy policies. We do not give your information to anyone else.

Does Mounted and More sell your information?

No. Mounted and More does not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and does not share it with advertisers.

Does this site use cookies or trackers?

This site does not use advertising trackers, ad pixels or tracking cookies. If we add website analytics later, it will be a cookieless tool that counts visits without following you around the web, and this page will be updated to name it.

How long is information kept?

We keep quote requests as long as we need them to answer you and to keep a record of work we did. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

How do I ask to see or delete my information?

Call Tim at (970) 426-8215 from 8 AM to 6 PM. Tell him your name and the phone number you used on the form, and say whether you want a copy of what we have, a correction, or deletion. We will delete your quote request from the form inbox and our email.

What about the Colorado Privacy Act?

The Colorado Privacy Act applies to businesses that serve Colorado residents and either process the personal data of more than 100,000 people in a calendar year, or earn revenue or discounts from selling the personal data of 25,000 or more people, according to the Colorado Attorney General. Mounted and More is a small local business, collects far less data than that, and does not sell data. Whatever the law requires, we will honor a request to see, correct or delete your information.

Children's privacy

This site is meant for adults arranging work on their homes. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child has sent us information, call us and we will delete it.

Some pages link to other websites. Their privacy practices are their own, so check their policies when you visit them.
