What home audio services do you offer?
We install soundbars, surround sound systems, in-wall and in-ceiling speakers, and music in more than one room. Every room and budget is different, so home audio starts with a free estimate.
Advanced Mounting, from $325, already includes setting up a two-speaker audio system along with the TV. Bigger systems are quoted on their own.
Soundbars
A soundbar is the easiest upgrade over TV speakers. We mount it under the TV or set it on the stand, connect it so the TV remote controls the volume and add a subwoofer if you have one.
5.1 and Atmos surround sound
A 5.1 system uses five speakers and a subwoofer: front left, center, front right and two behind or beside you. Atmos adds height speakers or upward-firing speakers. We place the speakers, connect the receiver, run the setup so the levels match your seat and hide the wire where we can.
In-wall and in-ceiling speakers
In-wall and in-ceiling speakers sit flush, so they disappear into the room. They work in framed walls and ceilings where we can run wire inside.
Multi-room audio
Multi-room audio lets you play music in the kitchen, deck and living room at the same time, or different music in each. Most systems run over Wi-Fi, so a strong network matters. Outdoor speakers for a deck or patio should be weather-rated, the same way an outdoor TV needs to be. We help you pick zones, set up the app on your phone and group rooms so one tap plays music everywhere.

Home audio in log homes and cabins
Log homes and cabins change how speakers sound and where they can go. Solid log and stone walls can’t be fished for wire, and tall ceilings in great rooms spread sound out.
In homes around Vallecito Lake, we often:
- Use surface-mounted or bookshelf speakers on log walls
- Run speaker wire under floors or along beams when that is cleaner
- Choose Wi-Fi speakers for rooms where wires are hard to reach
- Tune the system for hard surfaces like wood and stone, which can sound bright and echo
What affects the price of home audio?
The number of speakers, the wall and ceiling type and how much wire has to run inside walls move the price most. A soundbar is a short job. A 5.1 system with in-ceiling height speakers takes longer. Equipment choice matters too. See pricing for how quotes work.

We start with how you use the room: movies, music, sports or all three. Then we look at the space, suggest a setup that fits and give you a quote. On install day, we place and wire the speakers, connect the receiver or soundbar, set the levels and show you how to use it.
