Who is Mounted and More?
We mount TVs, hide wires, set up home audio and home theaters, and get smart home devices and Wi-Fi working the way they should.
We also handle the “and more”: low-voltage landscape lighting, holiday lighting and decor (including rental packages that include install and removal), cabin winterizing, fire mitigation around the home and small handyman jobs.
Where do we work?
We serve Purgatory to Pagosa: Vallecito, Forest Lakes, Bayfield, Ignacio, Durango, the Purgatory area north of Durango and Pagosa Springs. See every place we cover on the service area page.
Who does the work?
When you call, you talk to Tim, the person who will show up at your door and do the job.
Tim lives in Vallecito, so he knows what homes around the lake and the Pine River Valley are like: log walls, stone fireplaces, cabins and vacation properties, and spots where the cell signal just stops.
What Tim likes to install
Tim can install or troubleshoot almost any home audio or theater system, but his favorite is Sonos, for its simple app and the way you can add rooms over time. See Sonos installation and setup. He also enjoys vacation-rental work: setting up homes so owners can check cameras, change lock codes and turn off lights renters left on, all from anywhere. See vacation rental smart home setup.
Why do we publish starting prices?
We publish starting prices so you know where a job begins before you pick up the phone. Knowing the starting price makes it easier to plan.
Our three tiers are Mount and Go, Basic Mounting and Advanced Mounting. They are starting prices, not final prices. TV size, wall type, fireplace mounting, in-wall wiring and distance can change the total, and we tell you about those before the work starts. Custom projects like home theaters and whole-home audio, and home and seasonal services, get a free estimate. First-time customers get 15% off; mention it when you book. See the full breakdown on our pricing page.
How does Tim work?
Tim shows up, explains your options, does a tidy job and makes sure you know how to use what he installed. That is the whole approach.
Explain the options
Not every wall is a good spot for a TV, and not every room needs a surround system. Tim walks through what will work in your space, what it costs, and what is worth skipping.
Do clean, safe work
Low-voltage cables like HDMI and speaker wire can go inside the wall or in a neat raceway. Power cords never run inside walls; new outlets are a job for a licensed electrician. Tim cleans up before he leaves.
Walk you through the remotes
Before the job is done, Tim shows you how the TV, remotes and devices work, so you are not left guessing. Our device setup page covers what that includes.
How do I get in touch?
Send a request through our contact page. Tell us what you want mounted or set up, and Tim will get back to you.
